We ship your order from Southern California. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.

Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days.

Please ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout. Parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address or item not collected may occur a $20 return to sender fee.

Important: After your package has been sent, Saint Belford LLC is no longer responsible for your package. Please contact your carrier (using the tracking number you have been sent via email) to purchase additional insurance if you are concerned about your package going missing.

We're pleased to offer one of the best return policies of any planner company in the United States.

Planners

We understand purchasing the perfect planner or journal to guide you through 2024 can be a difficult task, especially when shopping online. 

Sometimes you just need to feel it first, flick through the pages and really immerse yourself in the contents before you know it's the one.

That's why we offer free 60 day returns on all planners and journals from our online store within the US, new or used.

Use Curation 2024 Planner or any other Saint Belford journals from our online store for 60 days, and if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at: hello(at)saintbelford.com with your order number. If you're in the US, we’ll issue you a free return label to ship the product back to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes Curation (October–December Edition)) and End of season clearance items).

Please note, any shipping charges paid during purchase are not refunded.

Special offers such as Buy One Get One Free will require the full order to be returned. We do not offer partial returns on special offers.

International Returns

Our 60 day return policy applies to international customers also, although we regrettably do not cover the cost of return postage.

Partial Returns of Bundles.

Partial returns of bundles will forfeit the bundle discount price. The amount refunded will be the original amount paid minus the RRP of the items not returned. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 3-6 business days of the return received on our end.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to offer only partial refunds on any item(s) returned to us with damage or in what we deem is an unusable condition. This also applies to any item(s) returned well past the quoted 60 day time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
