Express and Overnight options available at checkout.

We ship your order from Southern California. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping rates calculated by weight at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days.

Please ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout. Parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address or item not collected may occur a $20 return to sender fee.

Important: After your package has been sent, Saint Belford LLC is no longer responsible for your package. Please contact your carrier (using the tracking number you have been sent via email) to purchase additional insurance if you are concerned about your package going missing.

Returns

Planners

We offer 60 day returns on all yearly planners and journals purchased from our online store within the US.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Return postage costs are paid for by the customer.

Please note, any shipping charges paid during purchase are not refundable.

Clearance Items

Returns are not available for clearance items. 

Partial Returns of Bundles

Partial returns of bundles will forfeit the bundle discount price. The amount refunded will be the original amount paid minus the RRP of the items not returned. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 3-6 business days of the return received on our end.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to offer only partial refunds on any item(s) returned to us with damage or in what we deem is an unusable condition. This also applies to any item(s) returned well past the quoted 60 day time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
